  1. Do you think it would be possible to make just the shoulder patches available?

  2. Tardis ftw! I’m in! Anxiously awaiting the rinkgear re-release!

  3. Love the tweaks on the TARDIS jersey – EXCEPT the window details (sorry, I know that was probably a lot of work for you). Any chance of getting one without, or would that be a far-off V 3 release?

  4. What is the window like on ordering these?

  5. I am well past excited for BOTH of these jerseys. Can’t wait for them to go live!!

  6. I notice your trend of lace up collars… is there a reason? I actually prefer mine without.

And, I’ll second the watermark on the Tardis Jersey… without a “live” sample of what it looks like I’m concerned it will be done in such a way as to distract from the overall spectacular design.

    Still, solid work as always!

    • The reason is lace-up collars look good. They give the jersey a bit more of a rugged/durable feel. Also they add a more premium flavor to the jersey than the plain V-neck.

I’ve been employing them more and more to help differentiate from previous versions, or to compliment the design. They didn’t work on the Voltron design, I thought.

The actual Tardis has dirty windows in varying shades of grey. Thought I’d capture that appearance instead of some plain white boxes, which looked great on Tardis 1.0 but a bit too plain. Almost looked like a pattern instead of a logo.

      • Thanks for the reasons on the collar and your thoughts on the windows… always cool to hear what’s going on inside the designer’s head. 🙂

  7. I’ve put in my order for one of each of these sweaters and I’m excited for them to go into production. Personally, I love the lace-up collars and the NHL’s movement towards them. I think it’s a big improvement over the plain v collar. I also like the the patch the NHL collars have in behind the point of the v, with the league logo. When you’re not wearing them to play, it’s nice not to have the gaping neck.

Aside from name/# combination decisions, the decision on sizing was the most difficult. Do I order them large enough to fit over equipment or small enough to wear as stand-alone/over a hoodie? Agony!

Thanks for the designs, I was so bummed when I missed the first runs of these sweaters!

  8. How do I order one? And is it really a hockey jersey?
