The Royals jerseys are done! The Boston Bruins-inspired jerseys made for House Baratheon fans will be shipping out next week for those who ordered. Miss out? You can sign up here to be notified the next time it becomes available.
Awesome work again by Geeky Jerseys. You can see why they’re becoming such a popular hockey team outfitter these days.
This will compliment the recent Direwolves jerseys nicely. If you’re interested the Lannister jersey is
currently available (Update: was a May offer, now closed), and Targaryen will be offered in the next few months. A Night’s Watch 2.0 jersey is also on the docket. Stannis Baratheon and Greyjoy fans I hear you, please bear with me.
If it were feasible I’d offer all houses at once, but Geeky Jerseys are super-busy these days, plus I think it’s better to space them out to avoid wallet fatigue.
This is not geeky per se, but I love the Wu and for fun I made this design. I also made one for Public Enemy, which I will drop some time down the line (I have to stockpile designs, or else it would get crazy in here).
Originally I copied this Boston Bruins jersey design exactly, but then I remembered that Wu-Tang hails from New York, and that would be sacrilege. So I then made a design based on a bee (as in Killer Bees!).
There is enough members in the group to fill a hockey team, so I couldn’t decide what name to put on the back. I then opted for 36 CHAMBERS as homage to their debut album, which is TWENTY YEARS-OLD next year. *Sigh!*
Argh. That’s two posts in a row where I put the wrong year in the art.
Anyways, this is a design for a Browncoats jersey, which is based on this old Boston Bruins jersey. I know the orientation of the main logo may be subject to debate, but it looks better with the triangle pointing down and the star up. This orientation is similar to the San Jose Sharks/Pittsburgh Penguins/Anaheim Mighty Ducks logos, all of which are also triangular in shape.
I’d love to post this up as an offer for you to buy, but I am just sorting out shipping rates with Rinkgear. A few orders went missing in the mail recently, so a pricier shipping arrangement with tracking is being examined.
If you want one and would like to be alerted as to when these will go on sale (likely $80 each), just bookmark this site and keep checking back. I hope to have an order up within the next few weeks.
